Classes led by Coach Crystal and Darlene! Designed for the toddlers in mind, these classes focus on having fun, enhancing hand-eye coordination, balance, and general fitness! Dads welcome, too!
Tiny Tots
Ages 4-5
Classes led by Coach Chris, Crystal, and Darlene! We teach the next stage in the evolution of the gymnast, while focusing on having fun and learning new tricks!
Strength & Flexibility
This class is geared towards adults that want to work on improving strength and flexibility in their daily lives! Features a mixture of light weight training, body weight training, core strength, and flexibility
